years were spent at Century 21 The Service Company as Manager, Investment
Division/REO Department. Specializing in residential income property and
institutional sales/marketing as well as corporate relocations. Past President
of the Consolidated Realty Board (CRB) of Southern California, Inc. for two one
year terms (2002 & 2003). Currently serving on the Boards of Directors for both
CRB and Southwest Association of Realtors. 2nd Vice President of
California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB).

Brown, Treasurer:
James Brown's
area of expertise is business, finance and economic development. He has worked
for major commerical banks, former Business and Economic Development Coordinator
for the City of Inglewood's Business and Economic Development Office. He is
also active with his wife, Carol Raines-Borwn, currently Inglewood Unified
School District Board Member, in a number of programs which benefit children and
young adults.
James became a
practitioner in 1986 while a member of Guidance. His goal is to assist the
Guidance Church to achieve its development goals, increase membership and to
give back in the same manner that Guidance Church, under the direction of its
Founding Minister Dr. Daniel L. Morgan, so generously gave to him over the past
23 years.

I, Marlene Fleming-Chaka have been a member of Guidance Church
since 1981. I am currently serving as a practitioner, co-chair of Pastoral Care
and a Board of Trustees member. I envision our church as the "way shower" in
our community. We are the place where the devoted meet their divine destiny
which is one of peace, power and divine love.
